Caliber

A couple of weeks ago I was invited to join three other San Francisco-based photographers, Julie Michelle, Stuart Dixon, and Troy Holden, for drinks at a Powell Street bar to kick around the idea of starting a collaborative photo group. The common element among us is our love of photography, discovering what San Francisco is about though photographs, and then revealing what was captured through our photoblogs and Flickr streams. Needless to say, I was very surprised and honored being asked to join this group of excellent photographers!
Our group is called Caliber and our photoblog is at www.calibersf.com – please take a look! I’m really stoked about the collaborative project possibilities through Caliber and am looking forward to participating in the group!

I’ve been to the sites several times since you announced it. Must say I am greatly impressed with the caliber –no pun intended– and the variety of talent.
