Jerry, along Market
February 16th, 2010 Posted in UncategorizedThe photo above of Jerry and the one of the balloon vendor below were snapped Saturday on a trek with photographers Jen, Jason, and Jeanne. We started hanging around at Powell and Market for awhile and ended up walking to 24th and Mission. A pretty long trek…
Encountered a lot of people along the way and snagged some decent portraits. Jerry was hanging around on Market near Civic Center. I nodded my head and said hi. He said, “Would you like to take my picture?” It doesn’t get much easier than that…

Jen, wish I asked… I gave him my card and said I was going to put him on my blog, so maybe he’ll respond.
Thanx bawgaj!

…Amen. Proud of the identity he needs/wants to convey through his looks and markings…yes, he had to get it documented at least for posterity –”I am him” it reads on one arm; “I want to be remembered as this” the image screams. Really nice work.
